Carlino Commercial Development President Peter Miller talked to Caitlin McCabe, a staff writer for The Philadelphia Inquirer, about the commercial developer’s plans for the Don Guanella property in Delaware County.
Miller said, “Our goal is to preserve and create a long-term public asset for much of the site. We think we have identified an innovative business plan with tenants that are largely new to the market. It will be a mixed-use office and retail space, with medical and restaurants.”
