Located at 510 E Township Line Road, in Blue Bell, PA was purchased by 510 Township Line Partners, LP in March 2016. A 50/50 partnership with the Rothman Institute. The building consists of approximately 87,000 square feet. The building underwent interior and exterior renovations creating a new Class A office building.
